If you find you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your Q-Link Pendant for any reason for a full refund within 90 days of purchase, less shipping and handling.
To return your Q-Link Pendant, you must first call customer service toll free at 1-877-222-1957 to obtain a return authorization number.
Any product returned must be in original condition and accompanied by it's original packaging.

*Please Note: For overnight shipping, orders must be received before 2pm Pacific Time on Monday - Friday. Although we make every effort to ship out your product on the same day you place your order (before 2pm) please allow 24 hours for processing orders. Occasionally there is a lead time as well which means that the pendants are on back order because of an influx of customers buying at the same time. The Gold Pebble is generally manufactured to order so please allow 10-21 days before delivery. We will make every effort to get your product to you as quickly as possible!
