If you find you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your Q-Link Pendant for any reason for a full refund within 90 days of purchase, less shipping and handling.

To return your Q-Link Pendant, you must first call customer service toll free at 1-877-222-1957 to obtain a return authorization number.

Any product returned must be in original condition and accompanied by it's original packaging.

*Please Note: For overnight shipping, orders must be received before 2pm Pacific Time on Monday - Friday.
