Morning Sun and Afternoon Shower are 20 minute audio tracks designed to facilitate the active listener in achieving a meditative and deeply relaxed state of mind and body. This is accomplished by combining four different elements on each track along with a fifth element provided by the listener:
1) Rhythmic sounds of nature;
2) Gentle waves of music;
3) Binaural tones;
4) Pink noise;
5) Preparation, active concentration and absorption.
Each one of these elements alone can lead to a heightened state of relaxation or meditation. Yet by combining all five, the process is magnified so that the desired state of mind and body can be achieved in less than 20 minutes.
What’s so great about this is that they are only 20 minutes long! It’s the perfect length for a quick rejuvenation. Most meditation CDs are at least 30 minutes long and some are an hour long which is usually too long. Plus, they aren’t nearly as effective as this technology. Anytime you feel like you need an energy pickup, lie down, play one of these CDs and you will go deep. When you get up, you will have more energy. It’s like taking a super-charged cat nap because the HVH sound waves really relax you and get your mind out of the way so you can rejuvenate in only 20 minutes.
